This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our software platforms, interact with our data center power management solutions, or otherwise engage with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways when you interact with our enterprise platforms, marketing campaigns, and digital properties:

Business Contact Data: When you register for our surveys, participate in our industry polls regarding data center power bottlenecks, or download technical whitepapers, we collect professional contact details such as your full name, business email address, phone number, company name, and job title.
Technical and Infrastructure Data: When enterprise clients interact with our distributed AI inference orchestration tools or power optimization frameworks, our systems may automatically log technical data, including IP addresses, browser types, operating system details, system configurations, and interaction timestamps.

We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
SMS/Text Messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile phone number and consent record to send the messages you have requested and to manage those communications, including opt-out requests. We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in and consent data to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information only to service providers (such as our text-messaging platform) that help us deliver messages on our behalf.
